Snack, Crackle, Park!

On Wednesday (or Thursday if you are Andrea!), we had a fun day with the Salmon Girlys! We had a blast with Hanna, Mia, Tessa, McKenna Kate, and their mommy, Andrea. We went to the park for a picnic and then back to the Salmon establishment for some rice krispy treat making and decorating. Chloe had a blast with her friends! Trinity was a good sport and loved being outside and watching the big girls play.

"That" Mom!

Yes! I am that mom. The mom that lets her daughter drink endless amounts of apple juice. The mom that deprives her four year old of naps in hopes that she will go to bed early and sleep well. The mom that lets her daughter watch cartoons pretty much whenever she wants to (within reason!). The mom who doesn't mind snacks. The mom who accidentally bumped her babies head yesterday while getting her out of the car, and the mom who gives her baby.....

It is a popsicle holder! No drips, no messes! What more could a mom ask for in the summer! A happy child and no ants in the backyard!

wish SHOE were here!

Today I was on a hunt for leopard print shoes! I got a new red dress yesterday and knew that I could not rest until I had animal print shoes to wear with it! Well, it wasn't that important, but how cute are these?

In this town, when you want cute shoes, you must go to the Boutique! When we turned into the parking lot Chloe squealed "Yay...the Boutique, I am going to try on shooooooes!"

*side note* I wanted something for Christmas from the Boutique and the girl that works there told me to tell my husband to tell them that he is the "shoe girls" daddy and they would know exactly who he was!
*side note #2" I did get the leopard boots for Christmas...and No!, I have not worn them yet! But I will honey, i promise! (There seems to be a leopard theme to this post! Check out the carpet of the store!)

So Chloe immediately heads towards the shoes as soon as we get there.

Having a Ball at the Mall!

Today we had nothing to do at all...
So we decided to go to the mall!
We got out the sit and stand stroller...
and Chloe got to be the bottle holder!
She was such a great help how could i refuse...
to buy her these adorable shoes!

I wish that was all I bought! It seems like every store we went in, my wallet was put to good use! It was nice to not have work today and spend the day shopping with my mom and my girly-girls!

Church Lunch

Today after church we stayed for lunch. Curt and Jay cooked burgers for us and each family brought a side dish. The kids had a great time running around and playing together! It was a great Sunday!

Today, Britt and Wes invited Chloe and I over to make sugar cookies! This is only Chloe's favorite thing to do! She loves to be in the kitchen making cakes and cookies! Hopefully, she will be a better cook than her mommy! After I got home from work, I made Chloe very happy by fixing her hair just like she wanted it...flipped up with a small ponytail, bangs pulled back and a bow. Wow, she is picky! We headed over to Britt's house for some cooking decorating fun!
